Service Description

This course is designed for practitioners who are already familiar with the basic concept of Design Thinking and would like to deepen their knowledge, sharpen their skillset and get familiar with various tools and methods to solve meaningful problems creatively. The course is built up by 4 individual, 4 hours sessions, leaving enough time to digest and integrate the learnings between the lessons. Content: 1. Introduction & Research methods | How to understand the context and gather data using empathy 2. Synthesis | How to discover patterns and make sense of data gathered through analysis 3. Ideation | How to unleash team creativity and collaborate in finding alternative solutions 4. Prototype & Test | How to test selected ideas and gather feedback quickly The meetings are held online in English, so you can join in from anywhere.
